Email Signature Manager is designed for On-Premises Exchange Server.
The following versions are required for Exchange Server Subscription Edition support:
- Email Signature Manager 11.0 and later
- Email Signature Manager Agent 5.0 and later
The following versions are the only versions that work with Microsoft 365 with limited support:
- Email Signature Manager 10.1
- Email Signature Manager Agent 4.4
Important notice regarding Microsoft 365 support in Email Signature Manager: It is no longer feasible for Symprex to continue support for Microsoft 365 in Email Signature Manager due to changes Microsoft has planned for Outlook, Exchange Online and related APIs. Technical support for using Email Signature Manager with Microsoft 365 will end on February 1, 2026. Please contact Symprex Sales for your options to upgrade to Signature 365.
Supported versions of Email Signature Manager are:
- Version 11.X - end of support August 4, 2030
- Version 10.X - end of support September 30, 2026
- Version 9.X - end of support April 14, 2026
Supported versions of Email Signature Manager Agent are:
- Version 5.X - end of support August 4, 2030
- Version 4.X - end of support September 30, 2026
Versions older than those listed above are no longer supported.
If your license is under active maintenance, you can upgrade to the latest version at no charge.
