Applying changes to delegates on other mailboxes work.

CAUSE

Microsoft Exchange Web Services fails to apply changes to delegates if one or more delegates are orphaned meaning the associated Active Directory accounts no longer exist.

RESOLUTION

Open the mailbox in Outlook and manually remove the delegates that are orphaned and no longer have an Active Directory account. Save the changes and delegates on the mailbox can be then managed via Folder Permissions Manager.

STATUS

Microsoft Exchange Web Services do not currently allow this problem to be resolved in Folder Permissions Manager.

The problem is resolved as described above.
