How to perform automated installation in Manager Only mode

Scenario

You have a working Full Installation of Email Signature Manager. You want to perform automated installation of Email Signature Manager in Manager Only mode to be able to manage your Email Signature Manager installation from other servers or workstations.

Solution

Follow these steps to automatically install and configure Email Signature Manager in Manager Only mode:

1. Run the Email Signature Manager installer with arguments /qn for silent installation, for example:

   Symprex_Email_Signature_Manager_9.0.0_Setup.exe /qn

2. Copy the file C:\ProgramData\Symprex\Symprex.EmailSignatureManager.Settings.xml from the Full Installation server to the same location on the new Manager Only machine
